Served with brown basmati rice with nigella seeds

Everyone has to try these sweet spicy vegan noodles these will definitely be first on the menu on my food stall 😍....
The flavours and spices are insane
Sauce:
Mince 2 cloves of garlic and ginger add to a bowl
Add 1 tbsp of rich brown soft sugar
Fried cumin seeds fry with no oil for 5 mins
2 tbsp of soy sauce and mix set aside
Juice of 1 lime

Then add 200g of brown rice noodles and simmer for 15 mins

In a wok or large frying pan fry in olive oil 1 red onion red pepper sauté for 5 mins
Then add green fine beans
And all purpose seasoning
Salt/pepper
Thyme
2tsp of mild curry powder and fry on medium heat for 10 mins •once noodles are cooked add them to the vegetables and add sauce and fry on high heat for 5 mins •serve with chilli flakes if you can handle hot food
Add some fresh spring onions
Enjoy x
